Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance
exercise control and to develop its musculature. [1] A person who engages in
this activity is considered to be a bodybuilder. In amateur and professional
competitive bodybuilding, bodybuilders appear in the queues are specified
poses, and perform later individual installation routines, by a panel of judges
who rank competitors based on criteria such as symmetry, musculature and
conditioning. Bodybuilders prepare for competition through a combination of dehydration,
fat loss, oils, and tanning (or tanning lotions) which make them more distinct

winner of the annual competition IFBB Mr. Olympia is generally recognized as
top male professional bodybuilder in the world. The title is currently held by
Phil Heath from the United States. Since 1950, the NABBA Universe Championships
was considered the top amateur bodybuilding contest with many notable winners
like Steve Reeves, Bill Pearl, Reg Park, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lee Priest
